Refund policy

We want you to love your Freelance Brigade toddler swim set! Because swimwear is a personal item, we offer a limited return policy to ensure quality and hygiene for all customers.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Return requested within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation)

• Item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

• All original tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

• Returned as a complete swim set (swim trunks and bucket hat)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined or, in some cases, approved for store credit based on item condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of:

• Wear, washing, staining, odors, or use

• Missing or removed tags

• Damage or alterations

• Missing original packaging

• Incomplete swim sets

• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange.
Refunds are issued only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Store credit is issued digitally and does not expire.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact support@freelancebrigade.com. with your order number. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
